Which countries does Vahít ship to?
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.

Order Confirmation
When will I receive an order confirmation?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have registered your order in our system and started processing it.

Tracking
How can I track my order?
The tracking code will be sent to you via email within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Details
How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time is:

Dispatch time: 1-2 days (Mon-Sat)

Delivery time: 3-6 days (Mon-Sat)

If you place your order before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00), it will be processed the same day.

Shipping Costs
Are there any shipping costs?
No, all our products are shipped free of charge. There is no minimum order value.

Delayed Orders
What can I do if my order is delayed?
If the maximum processing and delivery time has been exceeded and your order has not arrived yet, it may take up to two additional days. Please check your tracking number. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us with your order number.
